To
keep your piece in top condition, never wear your jewelry
in the shower, pool or hot tub as the chemicals can cause
the finish to become dull over time. Also, let your skin dry
thoroughly after applying any perfumes or lotions. The residue
can get in between the beads and erode the shine.
For the best results in keeping your piece clean, we recommend
using an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner which can be purchased
in a variety of places or take to your local jeweler. A polishing
cloth is recommended for in between touch ups and instant
shine.
Prevent your sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing by placing
jewelry in an air tight container or jewelry box with anti-tarnish
lining.

Keep
your starfish crystal pendant secure by periodically checking
the sterling silver bail to assure its closure as they a unsoldered.
To prevent your suede necklace clasp from detaching, we recommend
that you do not wear in water. Each clasp is attached by glue
and crimp. Water will soften glue possibly causing clasp to
detach.
Warranty
We provide a 60 day warranty for all Make a Difference Starfish™
Collections. This covers any flaws or defects not mishandled
pieces. If you need to return your order within the warranty
period, please send it along to us with a copy of the original

One note, it is important to ship your piece back to us in a
proper packaging. We can't make repairs to items that get damaged
in the mail. We recommend that you use either a padded envelope
or a small box with insulating foam. |
